Do you ship on the same day I order?
We work as fast as possible to get every item out right away. It varies with what you have ordered (Please see product page for expected dispatch date). For the most part, we ship the same day you order if your order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). However, our policy is to allow up to 24 hours for processing of your order. So, we do not guarantee your order will ship the day you order. But we do try our best to get it out the same day. Our shipping policy is what we guarantee. Please review our shipping policy for more information.
Items are not dispatched on Sundays or Bank Holidays as our offices are closed.
Who will deliver my Order?
All our items are delivered by Courier or Royal Mail. We offer FREE 2nd class postage on all our items but postage upgrades are offered at checkout for a quicker delivery.
When can I expect my item?
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Please allow 2-5 days for all 2nd class postage from day of dispatch. Upgraded Royal mail and Courier orders please allow 1-3 days.
How do you determine size and where are the sizes for the brace I need?
In a product category, you will see a page full of different braces. Click on the picture of the brace you are interested in. On each subpage there is a chart that has sizes listed so you can determine which product number goes with each size.
Do you take PayPal as a form of payment?
Yes, you can choose PayPal at checkout. Be sure to complete the payment when you reach the PayPal checkout location. This way the payment is made for the order.
I returned my item and would like to know when can I expect my refund?
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of an item. Contact our customer services team via email at sales@orthobrace.co.uk for an authorisation number. All items returned to us with an authorisation number please allow 5 – 7 days for your order to be refunded. Please see our full Returns policy for more information.
