We work as fast as possible to get every item out right away. It varies with what you have ordered (Please see product page for expected dispatch date). For the most part, we ship the same day you order if your order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and before 11am on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays). However, our policy is to allow up to 24 hours for processing of your order. So, we do not guarantee your order will ship the day you order. But we do try our best to get it out the same day. Items are not dispatched on Sundays or Bank Holidays as our offices are closed.
All our items are delivered by Courier or Royal Mail. We offer FREE Royal Mail 48 postage on all our items to UK mainland, but postage upgrades are offered at checkout for a quicker delivery.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Please allow 2-5 days for all 2nd class postage from day of dispatch. Upgraded Royal mail and Courier orders please allow 1-3 days.
